Technical Account Manager
Scout Global is assisting the Co Founder of a Cyber Security Scaleup on a strategic hire with their most valued customer. The Technical Account Manager will serve as the primary technical and operational point of contact, building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Mobile Security domain.

Responsibilities
Acting as the primary technical and operational point of contact for the customer
Building genuine, trust-based relationships with engineering, security, and product teams
Monitoring customer health, spotting risks early, and identifying expansion opportunities
Translating customer goals, feedback, and milestones into clear internal actions
Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to deliver outcomes
Escalating issues quickly and driving them to resolution
Constantly looking for ways to improve the customer’s experience and add value
Turning complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Technical Account Management, or Engagement roles within Mobile Security, Malware, or closely related areas
Strong technical grounding – you are comfortable in conversations with engineers and security teams
Excellent communication skills with a low-ego, collaborative approach
Meticulous, proactive, and able to navigate complex environments
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and departments
Someone curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-moving environment
