Procurement Category Manager
Integration International Inc. is seeking a Facilities Services Category Manager to lead sourcing, procurement, and supplier management across various facilities services. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and supporting network optimization projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute facilities sourcing strategies and lead RFPs through contract negotiation
Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk while ensuring compliance with procurement policies
Support network optimization projects including building reconfiguration, equipment relocation, decommissioning, and capital projects
Implement KPIs, monitor spend, and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, engineering, or technical field
10+ years of procurement experience, including 5+ in facilities category management
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic sourcing skills
Experience with supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and large-scale site projects
Preferred
Certifications like CIPS, CPSM, PMP, IFMA, FMP, or CFM are a plus
