Responsibilities

Support return-to-office (RTO) activities targeted for February, including on-site space and desk setup, equipment management, and morale or event support

Provide day-to-day team support for two teams within the organization

Support operational needs during a building move, including submitting facilities and equipment requests

Ensure the building and workspaces are fully prepared for return-to-office readiness

Perform hands-on, in-person support tasks such as moving equipment and assisting with on-site setup

Assist the administrative team with various projects as needed, including occasional event support

Coordinate with facilities and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of workspace and equipment needs

Operate in a team-support capacity without providing calendar management or direct support to an individual leader
