Maintaining project-related records
Processing pay applications
Assisting with audits
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure financial compliance and project success
Qualification
Required
Strong accounting and financial analysis skills, including budget management and job costing
Proficiency in financial reporting and reconciliations
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel and preferably Sage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of compliance requirements and familiarity with accounting standards
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is not required but will help
Previous experience in construction or project-based accounting is preferred
