Responsibilities

Providing leadership in the development of the Digital and Data Strategy for Joints Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and integration of current roadmaps pertaining to manufacturing innovation, systems, digital applications, data visualization, and digital solutions
Leading all aspects of the maintenance and reporting of the Digital Portfolio for Joints Supply Chain, ensuring consistency with the DePuy Synthes Global portfolio
Establishing and leading a governance and portfolio management process (Digital Council) for Joints Supply Chain that aligns with DePuy Synthes’ digital governance, enabling effective prioritization and coordination across IT and digital strategies
Assisting business owners with project prioritization, cost alignment, value definition, and value tracking for each digital solution
Facilitating lifecycle management decisions to optimize costs and minimize redundancy in solutions
Leading the Digital Acumen Strategy, including setting training targets and partnering with DePuy Synthes Citizen Developer Program leaders to coordinate talent tracking and shape the citizen developer program
Representing Joints Supply Chain on the Ortho Supply Chain (SC) Digital Council
Supporting the data mapping process by identifying data sources and ensuring timely engagement of subject matter experts
Driving change management activities, especially regarding the development and adoption of standardized logic, frameworks, and innovative practices
Leveraging analytical tools to provide insights that identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, supporting strategic responses to potential business risks
Delivering analytics tailored to specific audiences and topics to strengthen brand positioning and advance business objectives
Fostering a data-driven culture that emphasizes the importance of insights and analytics for informed decision-making and superior business outcomes
Communicating actionable recommendations and insights effectively to a diverse group of business stakeholders, from tactical to strategic levels

Required

Degree level educated (accredited institution) in one of these fields or equivalent: Engineering, Science, Production / Supply Chain Management, Digital or Lean Operations. Other degree level qualifications considered with shown experience
A minimum of six years of overall business experience is required, including at least two years in digital product lifecycle management or end-to-end supply chain operations
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across multiple geographically dispersed locations
Expertise in developing data visualizations, with a proven track record of translating data into actionable insights
Exceptional analytical abilities, with demonstrated skill in interpreting complex data and communicating findings effectively
Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present intricate data clearly and concisely for actionable understanding
Proven collaborative skills across functions and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization
Experience working with IT and digital development teams to translate business needs into proposals for digital business tools and solutions
Strong cross-functional business acumen with a consistent record of delivering complex, high-impact projects that drive breakthrough organizational results
Solid knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts; proficient in end-to-end production deployment, from concept to production-grade models, and familiar with automated workflow tools
