Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices; verify charges and terms before release
Apply payments (ACH/check/portal) promptly; reconcile unapplied cash and short pays
Investigate discrepancies
Contact customers on past‑due accounts
Maintain aging, DSO, and exception reports; support month‑end close activities
Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and maintain up‑to‑date A/R records
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recent Accounts Receivable experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Clear, professional communication with internal teams and customers
