Batteries Plus is a company that powers people's lives every day. They are seeking a Route Sales Representative to combine sales, delivery, and customer service to bring products and expertise directly to commercial clients.

Responsibilities

Sell Batteries Plus products and services, including key cutting, car battery installation, wiper blade replacement, and more
Build relationships with new and existing commercial customers through exceptional service and follow-up
Deliver products safely and efficiently along assigned routes while meeting delivery deadlines
Maintain a clean, well-organized vehicle and ensure daily inspections are completed
Operate the company vehicle safely in all traffic and weather conditions
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company standards
Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending solutions to grow accounts
Support general store or warehouse operations as needed to ensure smooth service

Required

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions
Friendly, reliable, and safety-focused attitude with great communication skills
Comfortable using basic technology for order entry and reporting

Preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Locksmith Experience Preferred
Previous driving, route delivery, or customer service experience is a plus
