Responsibilities
Perform daily laboratory quality control (QC) procedures
Run hormonal assays
Conduct semen analysis, semen wash, and cryopreservation
Accurately enter and report laboratory data
Assist with statistical and data analysis
Maintain laboratory inventory, supplies, and equipment
Adhere to all laboratory safety and aseptic protocols
Participate in laboratory training, including tissue culture and microscope-based work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques (pipetting, microscopy, aseptic technique)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
Preferred
Tissue culture experience a plus
Experience working under a stereoscope
Strong interest in reproductive biology or laboratory sciences
Candidates resides within the Bay Area is preferred
