Responsibilities
Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service
Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers
Assist in generating reports using excel
Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customers requests on timely manner
Provide estimate delivery time if the request cant be made on time
Assist to verify OSD & exception handling cases to feedback to customer
Other duties as assigned
Build and maintain a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels
Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the companys culture and fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
At least one year of RECENT CSR/Order Management experience
Must be proficient with MS Excel for data analysis (this includes formulas, pivots and v-lookups)
Work well with a team and exhibit effective communication skills
Pays close attention to details to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues with variances
Possesses clear knowledge of computer ordering systems and has ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer systems as necessary
Needs to be hands-on with ambition and drive to succeed - Makes things happen
Goal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork
Shows determination to achieve excellent results, finding better ways, demands top performance, inspires commitment and is proactive
