Responsibilities
Represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including tort claims such as bodily injury, property damage, and consumer protection, construction litigation, partnership disputes and fiduciary litigation. Insurance Coverage Law experience is a plus but not required
Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, trial preparation and trials
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other court filings
Develop case strategies and provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients
Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience
Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines
Commitment to client service, professionalism, and teamwork
Preferred
Insurance Coverage Law experience is a plus but not required
