Responsibilities
The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for ensuring that a community is achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven sales success with C level sales of services
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling
Strong customer service track record with measurable results
Proven success in growing revenue and/or customer base
Proven motivational abilities
Responsibility for developing the strategy and vision for services; communicating and presenting that strategy up and down the chain of command
Ability to travel outside of home office area 3-4 nights per week on average
Highly ethical and responsible sales philosophy
Successful experience with developing and executing presentations to C level executives
Ability to develop presentations to aid in the sales process
Preferred
Senior housing or healthcare experience preferred
