Responsibilities

Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders

Write clear and comprehensive user stories detailing operational ask to the technical solution along with acceptance criteria and use cases

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams by providing clarification on user stories and requirements to business partners, developers and QA

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Document system processes, procedures, and configurations

Support data quality initiatives and system maintenance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

2 years of experience in Business Analysis

Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform

Knowledge of workflow creation and automation tools in Salesforce

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Basic understanding of data management principles

Preferred

Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)

Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Visio and Microsoft office applications

Knowledge of Agile methodologies
