Energy & Telecom Vertical Market Sales Manager
ALCEA, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is expanding its Critical Infrastructure business in the USA and is seeking a Vertical Market Manager for Energy and Telecom. This role involves business development, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop vertical solutions.
Responsibilities
Business development of the Critical Infrastructure business in the USA
Develops and maintains strong client relationships with executives and key influencers, earning a reputation as one of the end user trusted advisors
Demonstrates a high level of business acumen and applies an understanding of the client's business, organization, strategy, financial position, and business issues
Maintains an understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends, industry performance indicators and key client competitors in their industry
Working closely with our Internal Team and with our Partners to build a winning strategy for our solutions with the customers of Critical Infrastructure
Building and developing relationships to key market influencers and interest groups
Understanding market trends and opportunities to develop initiatives and strategies to take advantage of these trends
Driving Service / recurring revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Business development of the Critical Infrastructure business in the USA

Sales Hunter and Growth Leader
A proven track record of sales and business development within the Professional End User market and System Integrator/Access Control market
Comprehensive understanding of value-sales process, to build up successful business cases, and ability to translate user information into a compelling investment decision, leading to closing of orders
Ability to sell Technical Solutions
Experience of customer relationship management
Excellent communication and negotiating skills delivered with diplomatic and firm convictions
Self-motivated, and with the ability to plan and organize a demanding workload efficiently and effectively
Competent with MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Preferred
Previous experience of Critical Infrastructure Verticals is desirable
Knowledge of Salesforce / Microsoft CRM and ERP systems is desirable
Any other language is an asset
