Conduct roofing repairs, fascia/soffit repairs, and leak mitigation
Execute window repairs and demonstrate proficiency in carpentry skills
Inspect and identify issues for proper repair
Review scope of work for materials needed and ensure accurate documentation
Complete daily paperwork and work orders promptly
Qualification
Required
Previous roofing installation experience with comprehensive knowledge of various roofing systems
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work comfortably at varying roof pitches and heights
Dependability, punctuality, and strong time management skills
Problem-solving aptitude and a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners
Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and a team player
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Clean driving record and a valid Driver's License
