Providing legal counsel and representation for clients in matters related to estate planning, probate, estate administration, and succession planning
Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as wills and trusts
Guiding clients through the probate and estate administration process
Developing customized solutions to meet their individual needs
Collaborating closely with clients to ensure the legal protection of their assets and the realization of their legacy goals
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Estate Planning and Succession Planning
Strong knowledge of Estate Law, Probate, and Estate Administration
Ability to draft and review legal documents, such as wills and trusts, with accuracy
Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
Active bar membership in New York State is required
