Responsibilities
Work on sophisticated transactional matters for a diverse client base across the health care industry
Represent physician practices, telemedicine companies, health care entities and systems, as well as venture capital and private equity investors focused on health care and life sciences
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of transactional experience with a strong focus on health care–related matters
Working knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory frameworks and their impact on transactions and ongoing business operations
Experience drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents
Ability to manage complex matters and multiple projects simultaneously
Interest in training and mentoring junior attorneys
Excellent academic credentials, along with strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting directly with senior partners and clients
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing (or timely admission in the office of hire)
Preferred
