Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations relevant to the company’s operations
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies
Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Compliance Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external regulators
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred
