Entegee is seeking an experienced 5-Axis CNC Programmer to support complex mill-turn machining operations. This role focuses heavily on Mastercam programming, lathe and mill-turn work, and developing highly detailed setup documentation for production.

Responsibilities

Determine the most efficient machining methods using optimized toolpaths, techniques, and tooling
Program CNC machines using Mastercam for true 5-axis milling and mill-turn operations
Create clear and thorough setup instructions, including detailed tool lists and setup sketches
Verify CNC programs using Vericut to identify geometry issues, collisions, and errors
Utilize standard tooling packages where applicable on designated machining cells
Ensure all programs and documentation comply with quality system and customer requirements (e.g., AS9100)
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions

Required

3+ years of 5-axis CNC programming experience
Strong expertise with Mastercam (lathe and mill-turn is key)
Experience programming true 5-axis toolpaths (required)
Experience using Vericut or equivalent verification software
Strong understanding of CNC lathe and mill-turn machining
Ability to produce highly detailed setup documentation

Preferred

Aerospace machining experience (preferred due to complexity, but not required)
Experience with Mazak mill-turn machines
Experience working with complex materials and tight tolerances
Familiarity with standardized tooling packages
