Senior LevelThe Provider Finder is seeking multiple board certified or board eligible family medicine or emergency medicine physicians for their urgent care facilities in New Haven, Connecticut. The role involves rotating between six local locations, treating patients of all ages, and performing standard urgent care procedures.

Responsibilities
Rotate between six local locations – no more than 35 minutes apart
See all ages
Work solo or with another provider
See between 25-50 patients per 12 hour shift
Work seven shifts over a two week period
Work four weekend shifts a month
Perform suturing, splinting, and standard urgent care procedures
Perform workers comp physicals
Qualification
Required
Board certified or board eligible in family medicine or emergency medicine
Ability to rotate between six local locations – no more than 35 minutes apart
Ability to see all ages
Ability to work solo or with another provider
Ability to see between 25-50 patients per 12 hour shift
Ability to work seven shifts over a two week period
Must be able to work four weekend shifts a month
Suturing, splinting, and standard urgent care procedures are required
Must be DOT certified (or willing to obtain after being hired)
Ability to perform workers comp physicals
Experience with EMR: Experity
