Responsibilities
Main point of contact in conjunction with sales coverage and senior management for specific Reliance Letter originators
Review post close diligence reports in a timely manner ensuring all Onslow Bay criteria are met. A thorough understanding of securitization reporting is a requirement
Review credit exception requests/scenarios with the ability to determine to accept or deny a request as well as placing conditions if applicable
Ability to effectively communicate Onslow Bay’s position relating to loan conditions and pipeline statuses
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in whole loan transaction management with heavy involvement in reviewing of securitization diligence reports
Specific loan-level and process-level knowledge around the acquisition of mortgage loans
Bachelor's Degree required
Must be willing to work in Dallas, TX on-site four days a week
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to work additional hours as needed to complete deadline driven projects
Preferred
Non-Agency lending experience preferred (Non-QM, DSCR, Cross Collateralized, etc.)
