Responsibilities
Improve our existing test automation framework
Lead a team of validation engineers, ensuring they are efficient and effective
Build trust and confidence in our deliveries and products
Proactively find issues before our customers do
Present progress, strategy, findings, and data that demonstrate how our quality is improving
You will be reporting directly to the SVP of Engineering
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant quality assurance work experience
Experience as a validation engineer working on automation frameworks. weavix uses Selenium Webdriver
Strong communication skills, providing guidance, strategy and a plan to execute from
Proven problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
A strong desire to find issues and problems before anyone else does
Expertise in both Manual and Automated Testing
Preferred
Familiarity with wireless communications, mobile devices, UI interfaces, audio and acoustic quality, battery performance, and mesh networking
An understanding of Android OS, OTA, and cloud services
An understanding of hardware, schematics, and low-level software
