OP Labs PBC is the team building the technology behind Optimism, a leading blockchain infrastructure provider. They are seeking a GTM Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-priority roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience while scaling their rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruiting for high impact, priority roles for Optimism
Partner closely with business leaders to calibrate on talent – move fast without sacrificing quality
Proactively source and engage candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, and creative channels + partner with agencies for top of funnel support
Run tight, thoughtful interview processes that respect candidates’ time and reflect our values
Manage offer processes, negotiate thoughtfully, and close top talent
Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a standout candidate experience
Keep pipelines organized and up to date in our ATS
Continuously improve how we hire as we scale (processes, tooling, messaging, etc.)

Required

3–6+ years of recruiting experience in a high growth, startup environment
Strong full-cycle recruiting chops; you're comfortable owning roles from first outreach to signed offer
A scrappy, proactive sourcing mindset – you don't wait for applicants
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Bias toward action, speed, and continuous improvement
