Responsibilities
Formulating, directing, organizing, implementing and integrating client services, marketing and sales activities
Overseeing the preparation, distribution and negotiation of new service proposals; and Managing the company’s marketing and sales strategies and execution
Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization
Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget
Confers or consults with department heads to secure information on services and customer specifications
Oversees team managers and their staff, accountable for performance, development, and success of teams, assisting with recruitment, interviewing, and training where applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required
Minimum 8 years of experience in client services, sales or marketing leadership and long-range planning required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies and practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
