This role involves overseeing financial cycles, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and managing site controllers and accountants to foster collaboration across business units.

Responsibilities
Oversee financial cycles including General Ledger, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Treasury, and Tax. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
Participate in due diligence, purchase accounting, and integration activities. Assist with analysis, fair value procedures, and earnout monitoring
Develop and maintain effective Percentage of Completion forecasting and ensure accurate cost accumulation for projects
Lead annual budgeting, monthly performance reviews, KPI dashboards, and provide actionable insights to improve margin scalability and cash conversion
Partner with external auditors, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain strong internal controls
Manage and mentor site controllers and accountants, fostering collaboration across business units
Qualification
Required
Active CPA required; Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred
Proven experience in a public company environment
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and Percentage of Completion accounting
Experience with M&A due diligence and integration
Ability to operate in a matrixed, multi-site organization
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Background in the construction or engineering industry
