Facility Operations Support Technician - Offutt AFB
The GARRETT GROUP is a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting critical operations for the nation. The Facility Operations Support Technician will provide advisory and assistance services, monitor facility conditions, manage maintenance and repair actions, and ensure compliance with Department of Defense standards.

Responsibilities
Monitor and assess facility conditions to identify maintenance and repair needs
Prioritize, submit, and track work orders for facility systems and specialized equipment
Coordinate work order execution with internal customers and address concerns or complaints
Communicate critical updates and facility impacts to leadership in a timely manner
Prepare technical reports, briefings, and other presentation materials
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility operations, civil engineering maintenance, or a related field
Knowledge of facility operations principles, practices, and policies
Familiarity with technical aspects of civil engineering operations and maintenance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
Experience with DoD facility management systems
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to operate effectively in a classified environment and comply with all security protocols
