Echelon Supply and Service is a leading provider of premium industrial and hydraulic hose solutions for commercial and defense markets across North America. They are seeking two Inside Sales Representatives to manage existing customers, actively prospect new accounts, and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Make high-volume outbound calls to active, inactive, and prospective accounts
Grow and retain an assigned book of business while expanding customer spend
Identify new opportunities with MROs, OEMs, and end users
Develop strong, long-term customer relationships through regular follow-up
Use CRM and sales tools to track calls, activity, and pipeline
Stay informed on products, pricing, and market trends to drive results
Partner cross-functionally to ensure excellent customer experience
Qualification
Required
Comfortable and confident with outbound sales calling
Motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Preferred
2+ years of sales experience preferred (inside or outbound sales a plus)
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
