Sales Consultant
Applied Systems is a worldwide leader in insurance technology, seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business and expand their client base. The role involves hunting for new accounts and managing existing relationships, focusing on selling enterprise business solutions to independent insurance agencies.

Responsibilities
Represent Applied Systems at industry events and tradeshows
Follow up on additional leads provided by our Business Development Group in a timely fashion
Work with sales team and management to identify new target areas and opportunities
Maintain customer relationship after sale to cultivate referral base
Qualification
Required
5+ years successful outside sales B2B required
A valid driver's license and safe driving record is required
Ability to work 100% remotely, home office in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Long Island required
Travel up to 50% within assigned territory
Must reside in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Long Island
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
SaaS Sales, business-to-business technology solution sales experience and/or business development experience preferred
Formal solution sales training highly preferred
Salesforce, or CRM experience is preferred
