Administrative Assistant
Acro Service Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and financial support to management and department staff. The role involves handling correspondence, payroll support, and preparing reports and budgets among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Handle correspondence, payroll support, time reporting & scheduling
Prepare reports, budgets & administrative documents
Maintain employee files and expense reports
Process invoices, procurement card reconciliation & requisitions
Assist with commission agenda items & meeting coordination
Support purchasing, vendor invoices & office operations
Back up other admin staff as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years in an administrative support role
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
High school diploma/GED required
Preferred
Experience with payroll, invoicing & budgeting preferred
Associate's preferred
Florida Notary preferred
