Using data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance
Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
5 years of process improvement or healthcare management
Preferred
Master's degree
