Responsibilities

Own and manage customer support across all channels (email, chat, platforms, tools)
Handle customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and clarity
Ensure timely resolution and a high-quality customer experience
Act as the single owner of customer support operations
Own inbound and outbound phone-based customer support, including live call handling during business hours
Build, manage, and continuously improve AI-driven customer support agents
Design workflows that use AI to handle repetitive queries and improve efficiency
Create and maintain an “AI-assisted support system” rather than manual-only processes
Continuously explore and implement tools to scale support using automation and AI
Own, build, and operate an agentic support system (human + AI), continuously reducing manual effort through automation
Build and document customer support processes, SOPs, FAQs, and knowledge bases
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in customer support and fix them proactively
Use data and insights to improve response times, quality, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with product, tech, and clinical teams to resolve recurring issues
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for on-site support, partner meetings, or operational needs
Comfortable supporting live operational needs beyond desk-based work when required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
0–2 years of work experience
Prior experience in customer support, customer operations, or service roles is a strong plus
Strong interest in customer support as a long-term function
Comfortable owning processes end-to-end
Highly interested in AI, automation, and building scalable systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning new tools and technologies quickly
Thinks like a systems builder: every repeated problem is an opportunity to automate or simplify

Preferred

Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.)
Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, automation platforms, or workflow tools
Experience working in startups, health tech, or fast-paced environments
