Sr. Office Services Associate

The Millennium Group (TMG) is an award-winning business process outsourcing firm focused on print, mail, document scanning, reception, and related office support services. They are seeking a Senior Office Services Associate to assist with all facets of office operations on site and support the onsite Account Manager while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Accurately sorts and distributes all incoming mail throughout the campus
Picks up outgoing mail and utilizes postage equipment to prepare for delivery
Physically distribute mail and courier packages by cart, dolly or hand truck to and from various departments throughout the campus
Properly creates FedEx labels for domestic and international shipments, adhering to all compliance requirements
Answer and route incoming calls appropriately and accurately
Assist with copy services production; operate and maintain high volume of reprographic and finishing projects, reviewing client requirements to the final states of reproduction and distribution, performing copying, printing, binding and lamination
Properly folds and inserts letters into correct envelopes for letters and large mailing projects
Monitors copy paper at each copy station on campus regularly and restocks when needed
Deliver highest quality of customer service by providing friendly and responsive processing of requests
Will train on other various tasks within the office services team
Other tasks as assigned by management

Required

HS Diploma or equivalency required
2-3 years office services experience required
3-4 years minimum experience with Microsoft Products including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills; adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to learn new skills quickly
Flexible and able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities
Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Able to remain diplomatic in stressful situations; team oriented and has the capacity to build strong working relationships both within the team and with external stakeholders/customers
Exhibits superior verbal and written customer service skills
Maintains confidentiality while working with highly sensitive materials
Able to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time
Able to lift or move 50lbs or greater at times
