Responsibilities
Log daily activities and customer interactions in the internal CRM tracking system
Communicate with customers via phone, email and text messaging up to 200 times per day
Quickly and professionally respond to internet and phone inquiries
Listen to and overcome client objections with educated answers about the automotive market
Qualify potential customers and generate appointments
Appraise and assess vehicle values in a professional manner
Negotiate with potential prospects in an effort to acquire inventory
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Strong interpersonal skills, in person and over the phone, with a demonstrated ability to think from the customer's perspective
Strong technical skills (typing, interacting with multiple software platforms)
