Responsibilities
Oversee modernization projects to ensure efficient, profitable close-out
Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors
Collaborate with the Field Superintendents to monitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans
Partner with Engineering and local & regional management for successful completion of the project
Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning
Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals before work begins
Manage project revenue, size, and adherence to fulfillment guidelines
Ensure timely invoicing, targeting 90% payment prior to elevator turnover
Establish and maintain critical customer relationships to support project success
Ensure compliance with customer and Schindler
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
Project Management or Finance with at least 5 years of proven project management experience
3-7 years' experience leading projects and coordinating resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Strong financial acumen
Preferred
Major: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
Experience in elevator or related building systems industry
Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes, and project management software like Procore
