Software Implementation Specialist
Symliv is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the deployment and onboarding of their SaaS access management solutions. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation, configuration, and adoption of Symliv’s platform.
Responsibilities
Implement and configure Symliv’s SaaS access management solutions for new and existing customers
Serve as a primary point of contact during the implementation phase
Gather customer requirements and translate them into system configurations
Coordinate implementation timelines, tasks, and milestones
Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues
Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and documentation for customers
Troubleshoot implementation challenges and ensure a smooth go-live
Maintain accurate project and implementation documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience working with SaaS platforms or software implementations
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
Comfortable working onsite in Logan, Utah
Preferred
Background or experience in project management
Familiarity with access management, identity management, or security-related systems
Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technical configurations
Project management certifications or formal training
