Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle property accounting, including AP/AR, tenant billing, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Support property budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis
Coordinate with property managers, development, and leasing teams to ensure clean and accurate reporting
Assist with year‑end audits, tax filings, and external auditor requests
Identify process improvements to strengthen accounting operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of property or real estate accounting experience
Strong understanding of US GAAP and real estate accounting principles
Proficiency with property management systems; advanced Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally
