Automotive Customer Support - Level 1
Yochana is seeking an Automotive Technical Support Analyst to provide first-level technical support to dealers and technicians. The role involves diagnosing and resolving basic automotive hardware and software issues while ensuring timely issue acknowledgment and proper escalation.
Responsibilities
Acknowledge and log dealer/technician issues via phone, email, and GTAC
Perform Level-1 troubleshooting for automotive software and electrical issues
Use SOPs, KB articles, and diagnostic tools to resolve known issues
Validate Technical Service Requests (TSRs) and review issue history
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
Escalate unresolved or complex issues following defined procedures
Ensure compliance with processes, quality standards, and SLAs
Qualification
Required
Basic troubleshooting knowledge of automotive hardware and software
Understanding of 12 VDC circuits, CAN, and DTCs
Ability to read wiring diagrams and repair manuals
Familiarity with scan tools, multimeters, and remote diagnostic tools
Good verbal and written communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic Windows, Word, and Excel skills
Preferred
ASE certification (preferred, not mandatory)
