Responsibilities

Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive-thru, ATM, and other avenues
Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable
Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations
Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer
Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services

Required

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:00pm-5:10pm. every Saturday 8:30am-12:15pm. Flexibility to work more hours as needed
As a valued member of the retail banking team, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and contributing to important decisions

Preferred

Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred
Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency
Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner
Look for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in a customer-centric manner
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs
