Regional Sales Director
BW Pro is a fast-growing wholesale distributor specializing in high-quality interior finishes for the multifamily industry. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow their presence across North Carolina, focusing on business development and account acquisition in the multifamily renovation and new construction markets.

Responsibilities
Build BW Pro’s presence and revenue across the North Carolina multifamily market
Identify and secure new business opportunities in renovation and new construction
Develop strong relationships with property owners, general contractors, and property management companies
Represent BW Pro’s full portfolio of interior finish products and services
Provide hands-on sales support and guidance from bid through project completion
Manage and grow a disciplined sales pipeline to drive consistent results
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
Collaborate closely with operations, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure excellent execution
Develop and execute a regional growth plan, including future recruitment and leadership of a local sales team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience in building materials, wholesale distribution, or multifamily construction/renovation
Direct experience working with property owners, general contractors, and property management companies
Strong understanding of multifamily procurement cycles and decision-makers
Proven track record of new business development and closing B2B sales
Demonstrated ability to grow territory revenue, not just manage existing accounts
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills
Leadership potential, including experience mentoring or managing others
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the North Carolina region
