Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming investor inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses
Manage ongoing communications with current investors, including updates, follow-ups, and relationship maintenance
Support capital-raising efforts, including outreach, investor coordination, and deal execution support
Assist with preparation and distribution of investor materials such as pitch decks, updates, and reports
Manage and maintain the social media content schedule, ensuring alignment with investor messaging and company milestones
Track investor engagement, communications, and deal progress using internal tools and CRM systems
Collaborate with leadership, finance, and marketing teams on investor-facing initiatives
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support investor relations, fundraising, and company growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in investor relations, finance, venture capital, private equity, startups, or a related role preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfort working with financial concepts, fundraising processes, and investor communications
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in an in-office environment
Preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools is a plus
