Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support network and security infrastructure
Manage FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer platforms
Support routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, QoS, and VoIP
Handle escalated network issues and ServiceNow tickets
Maintain network documentation and architecture diagrams
Provide on-call and emergency support
Travel between MassDOT sites as required
Qualification
Required
4+ years Network Engineering experience
Fortinet & Cisco firewall expertise
Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP)
WAN/LAN, VLAN, Metro-Ethernet
Network security & compliance knowledge
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
