Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, sales, inventory, and operational records across CRM and spreadsheet systems
Perform routine data validation and cleansing to ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies or duplicates
Process incoming documents using OCR tools and manual review to convert physical/Scanned records into structured data
Reconcile data discrepancies by researching source documents and coordinating with operations, finance, or sales teams
Generate standard reports and data extracts to support business users, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy
Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols while documenting process steps and improvement opportunities

High school diploma or equivalent; administrative or data-entry certification is a plus
Proven track record in a high-volume data entry or administrative role supporting U.S. teams
Reliable high-speed internet, a distraction-free home workspace, and the ability to work U.S. business hours as needed
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow documented processes
Preferred
Airtable or similar database/spreadsheet collaboration platforms
Basic familiarity with SQL or data query tools
Experience with ticketing/ops tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar)
