Responsibilities
Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture, including data models, standards, principles, and integration patterns
Lead data architecture strategy across core business systems (ERP, CRM, project systems, BIM/data platforms, analytics)
Ensure consistency, quality, governance, and security of data across the organization
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions
Guide data platform evolution (cloud, data lakes/warehouses, Databricks, analytics, APIs)
Support advanced analytics, reporting, and emerging capabilities such as AI and digital twins
Provide architectural oversight and assurance for data-related initiatives and vendors
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Enterprise or Senior Data Architect in a complex organization with 10 years of commercial experience
Domain experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or similar project-based environments
Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating Databricks-based data platforms in AWS
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture frameworks, integration patterns, and governance
Experience with cloud-based data ecosystems and modern analytics platforms
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leaders
A pragmatic, collaborative approach—balancing architectural rigor with real-world delivery
Preferred
Familiarity with BIM, project delivery systems, or design-led workflows
Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or large-scale digital transformation programs
