Social Media Content Specialist
Love Your Bath is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Specialist to manage, create, and publish engaging content across their social media platforms. The role involves strong storytelling abilities, video production and editing skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish daily content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Film, produce, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, ads, and brand campaigns
Develop and execute monthly content calendars
Monitor trends, platforms, and competitors to identify new content opportunities
Write compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and audience preferences
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align content with overall business goals
Maintain organized digital asset libraries, footage, and project files
Represent the brand professionally during on-site shoots or interviews
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field
Video production skills, including filming, lighting, audio, and editing
Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Ability to create platform-specific content, especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.)
Preferred
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus
Photography skills are a plus
