The firm is seeking a Liability Associate to handle a broad range of professional liability and employment practices liability matters, manage litigation phases, and conduct legal research.

Responsibilities

Handle a broad range of professional liability (non-medical) and employment practices liability matters

Manage all phases of litigation, from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and other litigation documents

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

Required

Minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience

Admission to the New York Bar (required)

Strong legal research and writing skills

Experience managing discovery, including document review and drafting responses

Proven ability to draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions (preferred)
