Dock & Door Account Manager

They are seeking a Dock & Door Account Manager who will develop customer relationships, promote and sell dock equipment, and ensure project execution while meeting revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow customer relationships in the commercial and industrial sectors
Promote and sell dock equipment and overhead door systems
Travel to customer sites to gather specs and provide accurate, customized quotes
Prepare and present proposals, close deals, and meet revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
Maintain accurate sales activity records and forecasts
Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, bid packages, and site specs
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Technical understanding of dock and door systems and components
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred
dock & door industry experience strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
