Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python for real-world business problems
Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and deployment
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
Develop and optimize deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive models
Build scalable AI systems using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams
Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining
Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and compliance
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong focus on AI/ML
Expert-level Python programming
Strong experience with Machine Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
Solid understanding of: Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning architectures, NLP and/or Computer Vision
Experience with data processing frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, Spark)
Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and model serving
Proficiency in cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, etc.)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Bachelor's/Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
