Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement reporting deliverables (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare a monthly financial reporting package for leadership, including variance analysis, trend commentary, and key reporting schedules
Prepare debt reporting support schedules and monthly/quarterly lender reporting package components, ensuring accuracy and consistency with financial statements
Partner with GL Accounting and FP&A to gather inputs, validate results, and resolve reporting discrepancies prior to final distribution
Maintain and update reporting templates and supporting schedules, ensuring timely delivery and strong documentation
Assist with audit support and reporting requests by compiling financial data, tie-outs, and supporting schedules
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management
Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing reporting support, historical actuals, and variance insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial reporting or a similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Public accounting is a strong plus
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
