Responsibilities

Develop, document, and deploy a comprehensive framework and playbook applicable across all indirect categories, defining tiers of engagement, governance structures, and interaction models
Work with operations enablement to deploy standardized supplier performance management systems, including the development of balanced scorecards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs), translating commercial positions to operational service levels
Develop and implement a supplier risk management program, including methodologies for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating various types of supplier risk (e.g., financial, operational, reputational, compliance), for category managers to use to monitor supplier-level risk
Act as the central point of governance for processes, ensuring adherence to the established framework

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in designing and implementing supplier relationship management frameworks, performance management systems, and supplier segmentation strategies
Experience in supplier relationship management, supplier performance management, sourcing, or category management

Preferred

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with SRM and supplier performance management software/tools
Experience in managing relationships with strategic suppliers and conducting executive-level business reviews
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and develop insights
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and functions
