Responsibilities

Process and manage large amount of incoming and current claims
Communicate with customers regarding open claims
Discuss claims & file claims with the shipping companies, such as UPS & FedEx
Answer claims inquiries via email, live chat, and telephone
Answer customer support questions
Scanning documents

Qualification

Customer service experienceClaims processing experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyEmail communication proficiencyQuickBooks experienceTelephone communicationMulti-tasking abilityBilingual (English/French)Organizational skills

Required

High School diploma or higher
Customer service experience and ability to manage escalated calls
Ability to articulate using email and phone with excellent communication
Ability to multi task and stay organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient using the Internet for research
Email communication proficiency
Superb attendance record

Preferred

QuickBooks experience a plus
Previous claims experience and license preferred
Bilingual (English/French) preferred
