Responsibilities

Run and improve Chime’s operating cadences: Lead the planning and execution of company-wide rhythms like annual planning, goal setting, business reviews, and product roadmapping
Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, People, and Communications to ensure priorities, plans, and resources stay connected
Enable executive decision-making: Partner with Analytics and business leaders to prepare materials and recommendations for leadership meetings — and make sure decisions turn into action
Optimize how Chime plans and operates: Spot opportunities to improve how we work, and lead projects that make our operating model more effective and efficient
Support strategic initiatives: Jump in on high-priority projects that help Chime deliver on its most important goals

Required

6–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or similar generalist roles; prior experience in a similar role within tech is a plus but not required
Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset — you understand how different parts of a business connect, and you use data and logic to drive decisions
Sharp problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
Strong communication and storytelling ability — you can distill complex inputs into clear, actionable narratives
Comfortable working across teams, driving alignment, and influencing without authority
Highly organized, with a knack for building structure in ambiguous situations
A systems thinker who cares about how an organization operates and how to make it better
